CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS
Journal of Christian Teaching Practice

Student use of laptops and mobile phones in our classrooms is a topic guaranteed to prompt a (sometimes heated) discussion. Some of us ban all electronics in the classroom, while others find ways to incorporate them into student learning. In between are a myriad of other strategies we use to respond to students bringing their laptops and phones into the classroom. How do you manage your classroom’s learning environment? The Journal of Christian Teaching Practice (JCTP) seeks case studies and essays in which you discuss this vexing issue while providing practical advice around this important topic in our pedagogy. Submissions of 1000 to 2000 words are welcome. While JCTP is peer reviewed, our commitment is to work with authors to ensure their submissions are eventually published. Once accepted, articles are published online within days.

Please send an email to the Network administrator: administrator@theccsn.com in advance of your submission. In 250 words or less, describe your approach to electronics in the classroom and a short outline of how you will proceed. Do not include the full manuscript. Past articles and writer’s guidelines are published at: https://www.theccsn.com/journal-of-christian-teaching-practice/.
