The Communication Division invites applications for an entry level tenure-track appointment in Public Relations. The successful candidate will be able to teach several courses within our 100-plus student major, including Public Relations Principles, Public Relations Writing and Media, and Public Relations Campaigns and Cases. The opportunity to teach courses in the Communication Division’s strategic communication master’s degree is also a possibility. An emphasis on innovative teaching is highly desirable, as is skill at assessment, curriculum development and service learning/community based research. An established research record and professional experience are also highly desired. A Ph.D. is also required.
