The Wheaton College (IL) Communication Department invites applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor appointment in Strategic Communication to begin fall semester 2016. This appointment is renewable annually for up to three years.

Candidates must have a track record of success in teaching introductory communication courses, including public speaking, and also be able to teach introductory journalism. Additional courses in strategic communication may include one or more of the following: digital media, online advocacy, public relations, global marketing, or issue management. Applicants must have a Ph.D. completed by August 2016 and be committed to interdisciplinary collaboration in a vibrant Christian liberal arts environment.

Review of applications will begin February 15, 2016, and will continue until the position is filled.
